Do I need to book in advance?

On open bars booking in advance and paying the full amount the only way to assure your spots, on bottle reservations we require 20% deposit and the rest can be paid at arrival directly to the club.

 

What is our cancelation policy?

If you cancel 24 hours prior to start of event you will get 100% refund after 24 hours no refund only reschedules.

 

What time does your booking system closes for same day bookings?

Our booking system closes at 8:00PM every day.



Where do I pick up my tickets and do I need a reservation?
After booking you will receive a confirmation email with details for pick up (Club Zone). In order to provide you with he best price possible bookings have to be made in advance and only online.

 

Can I book my ticket at my resort/hotel?

No, we don’t work with any hotels since they charge high commissions that would result in a higher price for you, we advise you book before you travel since most hotels make it hard or expensive for you to have Internet access.

 



What kind of clubs do we work with?
We only work with the best bars/clubs in town for more info on each club got to our "clubs" section and click on the club you want more info.

 

Is it safe to pay online via PayPal or credit card? 
It is completely safe to pay online, we do all of our payment transactions on the American side via through a 3rd party via PayPal USA so we never get your credit card details for your security and ours. 

 

Do you provide Round trip transportation from and to our resort?

Yes we can provide round-trip transportation for an extra cost (usually 10 USD per person) but for groups bigger than 10 people if you are less we recommend taxi transport, email us with transportation needs and we will send you a personalized quote.
